I’m an experienced psychodynamic counsellor offering both open-ended and short-term counselling. Sessions are available online or in person, from a private and calming room in the centre of Cheltenham.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked for 15 years in education, experience that now informs and enriches my practice. My psychodynamic approach helps you explore the underlying causes of your feelings and behaviours, so you can gain insight, relief, and a sense of control over your life.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, anger, and difficulties in relationships or at work. I offer a reflective, compassionate space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Gloucestershire Counselling Service (accredited by the British Psychoanalytical Council). I continue to engage in ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains current and effective.
