I’m Ceri Schofield, an experienced psychodynamic counsellor offering both open-ended and short-term counselling. Sessions are available online or in person, from a private and calming room in the centre of Cheltenham.

My psychodynamic approach helps you explore the underlying causes of your feelings and behaviours, so you can gain insight, relief, and a greater sense of control over your life.

I support adults with a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and difficulties in relationships or at work. I provide a reflective, compassionate space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Gloucestershire Counselling Service (accredited by the British Psychoanalytical Council). I continue to engage in ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains current and effective.
