I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor offering both open-ended and short-term (12-week) counselling. Sessions are available online or in person, from a private and calming room in the centre of Cheltenham.

Prior to training as a counsellor, I worked for 15 years in education—experience that now informs and enriches my psychodynamic practice. I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, anger, and difficulties in relationships or at work. I offer a reflective, compassionate space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework. I hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Gloucestershire Counselling Service (accredited by the British Psychoanalytical Council) and continue to engage in ongoing professional development
